This large Spanish style property received artificial turf across nearly every open area, from the front courtyard to the long side yards and the lawn surrounding the pool.
The turf is cut cleanly to existing brick paver walkways, raised planters and the stone pool deck, and it runs right up to the mesh pool safety fence. A curving paver path through the back yard is edged by turf on both sides, and narrow side yards along the house are finished in the same deep green surface.
The result is a consistent, low water lawn that frames the home, the bougainvillea beds and the pool without any patches of bare ground or worn grass.
