Priority Service times

What days would you receive service?

Recurring services are completed on Thursday or Friday.

Can I schedule additional service?

Customers can schedule additional service within 48 hours of their “preferred” time frame.

If customers have a couple of parties on the schedule, send it in and Three Timbers will add an additional servicing of the property that will be completed within 12-24 hours of the party start time.

What happens with weather delays?

With the First Class package, clients get rescheduled first, no matter what circumstances arise. If it’s a weather delay or unforeseen equipment delay, First Class clients get moved immediately to the front of the line. You come first!

You can make custom requests.

As a First Class client, you can walk around your property with our General Manager, and customize exactly how you want your yard serviced on a regular basis.

What do you mean by the best?

It’s simple, you will have the best Three Timbers employees at your home. These are our most experienced and longest tenured employees.

Will the employees speak english?

Of course! We do things a little different than most maintenance companies in the Valley… Each guy on your job site will be able to talk to you with perfect, articulate dialogue.

Do these employees have background checks?

Each employee at your home will have a full background check that we will provide to you prior to our first visit.

Is the staff trained and experienced?

We won’t allow an employee on your site with less than 2-4 years of maintenance experience.

When being a part of our exclusive First Class service, we let you access wholesale pricing on all plants! If you like a plant at Moon Valley Nursery and it costs $2,000.00 retail, you can purchase the same plant through us instead for a 20%-40% wholesale discount.

Semesterly shrub fertilization ($300+ value)

We will fertilize your shrubs twice per year free of charge. You should be fertilizing your shrubs in the Spring and Fall but most people don’t… That’s why we’re going to add it into your service for free.

Semesterly pre-emergent treatment ($300+ value)

We don’t want weeds showing up in your landscape beds between service dates. That’s why you receive a free pre-emergent application twice per year when being a First-Class client.

Background checks

You will receive a packet about the crew working at your property prior to your first service date. This packet will include a background check, information about the crew members, and each crew members primary role on the team.

12-Month Contracts

All clients interested in signing up for our First Class service are required to pay for all 12 months upfront. Our high-quality services are in high demand and require an intense training and hiring process. We only accept 5 clients per month and then design crews around that customers needs. If you have reservations, we probably aren’t the right fit for you.

If, for any reason you are upset or disappointed with our service and want to cancel, we will refund your entire fee upfront fee. That’s right! If you want to move on from us in month three of the contract because you hate our service, we’ll refund the remaining NINE months, plus the previous THREE months we already served you.
