Three Timbers is different than the average landscaping company, focusing primarily on small jobs that keep luxury homes prestigious at all times. With 200+ clients, Three Timbers sends out managers to inspect their clients properties, making a list full of services and prices necessary to keep the property in luxury condition (with our guidance of course). Three Timbers employees than show up to clean the beach, power spray the dock, mulch landscapes, plant shrubs, mow lawns, etc.

Beyond this, Three Timbers provides an education piece. We have a goal to educate our employees through real world experiences. That’s why each of our employees, ranging from sophomores in high school to seniors in college get to meet with myself and each of my founders each week to speak about entrepreneurial topics while fielding each employees questions on creating their own business success. We also give each employee access to courses and a framework to build their own landscaping business if they so desire.

We Gamify Work

We are a huge proponent of “gamifying” work. Therefore, each employee will get to compete amongst other staffers:
